Only Isabel can make Alexis laugh

For some reason, only Isabel has the magic expressions to make Alexis laugh. Agnes and I have tried and so far still failed. Here is Isabel making Lingling laugh We will keep trying. I was close this morning when I was playing with her arms. She gave me one chuckle and that was it :-( Lei
