Happy Thanksgiving

I am so happy that school is also teaching our kids to be grateful and thankful. Isabel brought this home this week ;-)

Turkey day 5k run

It was an awesome way to start thanksgiving. Now a nice tradition for Agnes and I. She has done it for four years and I have now for two years. Very flat run. Lots of turkey hats outfits plus kids. Maybe we will take the kids next time.

Sunday skating play date

Isabel loves skating and here is our latest play date followed by lunch today. Super fun!! Thank you everyone for coming.

Isabel Loves soccer again

I really thought she might quit soccer this year. Last year, we didn't attend any games. She seemed uninterested and only liked practice since it was a chance to run around with her friends. I asked the coaches for advice and they said just keep her at practice as long as she likes it. It's okay if she doesn't want to attend games.

This year I thought she will probably tell me she is done with soccer. To my surprise, it's just the opposite. This is the first year they split up the boy and girls and also started teaching them more positions and how to play as a team. We have attended almost every game and she LOVES it. She is a mid field defender and doing pretty well so far. Team also improved a lot. She is looking forward to spring season. I guess we have a soccer player after all. ;-).

Isabel's first haircut with Jonathan

My neighbor recommended Jonathan and he is great for my hair so took jaime and isabel here to try. She love it. We are still waiting for us. Normally I am not a Supercuts fan but Jonathan is top notch.

Our new toy - Segway scooter fun for the whole family

We just got it yesterday and surprisingly the kids learned it faster than us. My 7 year old got it after 5 min. Her cousin also got it quickly. I have tried 3 times and it's pretty intuitive. Love it.
