Good food and entertainment in Chicago.

After a week in Chicago for training and a girls weekend, I have a new appreciation for Chicago. I stayed at westin river north which is very central to great restaurants and entertainment

Here are all the restaurants I tried
- catch 35 my favorite of all. Chileans sea bass and mussels dishes were divine
- Siena tavern. Great lobster and octopus dishes
- Roka akor. Innovative sushi Asian dishes. Grilled cod was awesome
- Mexican place by westin. Don't know the name but had great cucumber margarita and a flaming margarita that was yummy. Known for their tacos and the churro dessert was awesome
- Sunda for lunch. Was ok.
- Naf Naf grill - great Mediterranean food. We bought wraps, pitas, and salad, falafel and ate at millennium park. Better than any Mediterranean food I have had in sf because they offer three types of veggies for the salad or pita - lettuce, cucumber mix, and purple veggie. Very yummy and low price.

Entertainment
- got a 15 min chair massage at whole foods of all places by Andrew. It was divine. Magical touch. Really needed it after four days of training
- social 25. Went there Friday and saw an awesome band called hellonuvo I think. Energetic and can rap and sing top 40 songs and can sing all the pop rock songs. I never liked bands much but they were off the hook
- howl at the moon - piano bar. I thought it would like a normal one like the one in vegas but this is 10 times better. They also have drums in the back and played violin. 4 artists that rotates. 2 on piano and 1 on Drum. The two ladies are the one that can rap eminem songs and then sing Alannis mossette. All can play and sing at the piano and one lady can play rock violin. We were dancing and singing for 3 hours. So fun!
- architecture boat tour. Just so so. I took it 4 years ago. Felt the same. Good 90 min in the sun but probably won't do it again.
- millennium park. Had a picnic there with our Mediterranean food and saw the new heads. Great garden full of veggie and herbs. Of course the giant bean and water structure. Really quite awesome.

Didn't get to go to the theater district or navy pier but will definitely do that next time. All in all Chicago is super cool.
