A nice birthday party for Alexis friend

We went to the creativity museum for Alexis friends bday. She painted she sang she ate and we played games. It was a great Sunday outing.

Isabel first big speech in front of 300+ people

On Friday, Isabel delivered this speech at her school in Chinese and English in honor of Martin Luther King. What's even more special is she wrote most of the speech herself in Chinese. I am so proud of her for accepting this leadership role to represent her class and grateful to her mandarin teacher for encouraging her and motivating her to volunteer for this and experience public speaking. Isabel is so grown up. Just amazing to watch her evolve.

A friend gave us two passes to Academy of Sciences and so I took the girls today while Jaime worked. :-)
